Studio Ryecroft’s work is focused on helping shape a bar that earns its “destination” status through clarity, consistency, and a point of view guestscan feel immediately, not just a good view and a long menu. We support concept-to-culture translation: how the story becomes drinks, how drinks become service, and how service becomes reputation.

That includes menu architecture, programme standards, workflow decisions, and the details that matter at altitude: wind, temperature shifts, ice behaviour, speed of delivery, and how the terrace and interior feel like one bar rather than two competing rooms. We also help define the bar’s operating rhythm across the week so it performs on quiet nights as well as peak periods, with a quality bar that does not drop when volume rises.
