JingStudio is the tea atelier concept within the House of Tan Yeok Nee. Our focus has been to build a tea experience with the same intent and precision as a top-tier bar programme, while keeping it calm, accessible, and rooted in thehouse’s character. Studio Ryecroft’s work covers concept framing and the shape of the guest experience: what the ritual is, how service flows, what guests can understand within the first minute, and how the offering stays exciting without becoming complicated.

We’ve developed a programme structure that can carry daytime and early-evening trade, including tea service formats, pairing logic, and a pathway for seasonal changes. Just as importantly, we’ve helped define the operating standards that protect consistency: mise-en-place rules, brewing controls, glassware and serviceware choices, and training priorities for a team that may be stronger in hospitality than in tea craft on day one. The result is a tea atelier that feels like a destination, not a side room.
